Bluemist
This is a character of Mary's. She is an earth pony not a unicorn! The thing on her head is a tiara. I don't know anything about the character, ask Mary.

I'm having a hard time seeing the picture on her side... looks kinda like stars surrounded by blue (perhaps a "blue mist," as the name would indicate lol)?

It's a blue cloud thing surrounded by sparkles.
